The Arches program stresses both basic

vocational settings. Staff will use role playing, experiential
activities, and tactile leaning to assist with the instruction.
As youth advance through the program
and develop additional skills they will have the opportunity to assist and/or
role model for other youth that may be entering the program or struggling with
certain skills.
The milieu program consists of two
components. The first component is a level system designed to give
students immediate and consistent feedback to assist and teach them how to
maintain positive and appropriate behavior. The second component is a
series of five social skills groups that will teach students the social skills
they will need to function in social, academic, and employment settings.
All youth are closely supervised 24
hours a day in a safe and structured environment.
